Immigration Costs

All prices are correct as of January 2022

We only charge fixed fee for Immigration work and you will be not charged an hourly fee

Visa and other Entry Clearance Applications  (Visitors  , Partners , Dependents  or other types of  visas  applications ): Our  Fixed fee £590 if application is made from outside the UK  (No Vat) If application is made from  within UK 20% VAT will be charged.

In-Country Extension of Visa Applications: Our  Fixed fee £490 plus 20% VAT

Nationality Applications: Our  Fixed fee £420 plus 20% VAT

Prepare and submit an appeal against  any rejected application : Our Fixed fee £900 plus 20% VAT  

Disbursements:

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties these include fees to experts medical or otherwise , interpreters , barristers these fees will attract VAT of 20% . We will discuss these with you at the first appointment as it is only then we will be able to establish whether we need to use the services of experts, interpreters or barristers . Milage will be charged at £1.00 per mile plus 20% VAT, parking fees will be charged and these be inclusive of VAT . Home office fees are also disbursements which can be see here home office fee.

What we will do for you and time scale

• Meet with you take your instructions.
• Consider your instructions, advise on the law and what other evidence will be required and provide advice.
• Explain the procedure to you so you know what to expect.
• We will undertake any further preparatory work, obtain further instructions from you if necessary and answer any follow up queries you have.
• We will complete and submit the application on your behalf.
• Inform you of the outcome and advise if there is a possibility of an appeal.
• Should you wish to submit an appeal then you will be required to pay the fee for the preparation and submission of this appeal,
• You will also be informed of any experts fees etc.
• We will then prepare and submit the appeal and instruct any expert or barrister.
• Whilst we can take your instructions and complete your application and submit the same within 14 days of your instructions if you are able to provide all the documentation, this is also true for preparation and submission of any appeal. We cannot say how long the Home office will take to decide your application or how long any Immigration tribunal will take to your appeal.
